July 13, 2009 — Theodore T. Tsotsis,Robert E. Vivian Professor of Energy Resources and Chair, has been elected a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) in June, 2009.
AIChE is the world's leading organization for chemical engineering professionals, with more than 40,000 members from 93 countries. Nomination to Fellow grade in AIChE requires the individual to have at least 25 years' chemical engineering practice. This highest grade is awarded in recognition of professional achievement, and significant accomplishments in engineering.
