Class of 2020
Congratulations to the Class of 2020
A Message from the Interim Chair
Greetings from me, the faculty and all our staff. As many of you probably already know, the undergraduate admission acceptance rate in engineering is only about 11%. That makes our bachelor’s graduates among the brightest engineering graduates in the country. Personally, I have almost exclusively taught MS and PhD students and I know firsthand that these are very capable students.
USC matches this excellence in our students by being ranked in the top 10 for graduate engineering programs in 2020, according to the U.S. News & World Report. I speak for our faculty and staff, that we feel privileged to have participated in your education. I can tell you that even with the COVID-19 disruptions, we expect that you all will do extremely well in terms of your future, whether you are furthering your education or moving into employment. You have our very best wishes and we are always a resource for you in the future.
