The faculty of the Mork Family Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science (https://chems.usc.edu) invites applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all levels in the discipline of Chemical Engineering. We welcome applicants specializing in any area of chemical engineering including, but not limited to, sustainability, advanced chemical manufacturing, biopharmaceutical engineering, and advanced materials / soft materials.

The successful candidate is expected to develop a world-class research program within a stimulating interdisciplinary environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Priority will be given to the overall originality and promise of the candidate's research work. The position is available starting August 16, 2023. Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in chemical engineering or a related field, by the beginning of the appointment.
